Whitford is part of Auckland's green belt and so has an aura of peacefulness, whilst still being within close proximity of everything the city has to offer.
Originally farmed in over 10 acre lots, over the last few years the opportunity has arisen to subdivide into smaller lifestyle blocks, farm parks and more spacious residential developments. Consequently, there has been a huge influx of people shifting further out to experience the clean, green lifestyle that Whitford has too offer, all within an easy commute to the suburban and city amenities.
